Safety

We believe a key factor in the quality of our work is the safety of our employees, our client’s employees and those around us, and the facilities and environments we work in. We have a robust company safety policy that includes ongoing training for all employees. 

We mandate daily safety meetings at the start of each day, weekly tailgates to discuss our topic of the week, and a monthly company-wide meeting where an in-depth discussion of safety topic is presented and discussed. We also have an Annual safety award program to reward our employees, recognizing the years of safe work each of our employees have achieved.
