Upgraded facility Automation system from GE to Allen Bradley at 5 SoCal petroleum product Terminals.  Work included new fiber and copper network infrastructure as well as new load management system.  Project was executed by installing new PLC and network system in parallel with existing system to limit facility downtime.  

Project responsibilities included: 

• Electrical Engineering
• Procurement
• Construction. 

Replacement of electrical infrastructure for Crude Storage facility.  Work scope included installation of 6 new 480V switchracks in Hazardous locations; new cable tray to replace existing underground conduit, and new feeders to reconnect all existing power, control, and instrumentation equipment.

Installation of new bottling and cartoner equipment at major cosmetics manufacturer.  Work included multiple shifts and pre-planning to meet aggressive outage schedule.

Installation of a new Marine Vapor Combustion System for marine oil and gas terminal in Long Beach, CA.  Project included installation of new VFD drives, pumps, motors, instrumentation, and control system.
